The South China Morning Post and Sir David Tang offer you a great opportunity to pose your best questions to the distinguished international panel at the “How can we make a success of it” open public forum to discuss the West Kowloon Cultural District project.
 
Simply video your question in 30-seconds or less. Our editorial team will choose the best questions to ask the panel at the live event on April 18, 2009. If your question is selected you will be invited to attend the forum with FRONT-ROW SEATS.
